Adult Fitness Program

The Preserve Adults Fitness Program training options include small group boot camp classes that will help you stay committed and keep you coming back. Also we offer customized personal training sessions where you really get to work on specific fitness and health goals you have. Classes We offer starting in September:

Flow through a 60-minute series for all levels. This class incorporates dynamic movements that will increase your flexibility and restore balance and strengthen core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. Opportunity to focus on alignment, breath-work, variations of postures, and relaxation techniques.

Body Work

This class focuses on primary body weight training incorporating minimal-if-any- equipment. Body weight exercise will be incorporated to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning and students will learn proper form and techniques. This class helps to build a strong foundation for strength training, cardio conditioning, balance, and flexibility.

Our Pilates class is for everyone who is looking for a workout that is safe and effective, good for the heart but gentle on the joints. Harnessing the power of Pilates movements, each class engages the entire body focusing on muscle tone and endurance, balance and functional strength. This challenging and energizing workout is ideal for anyone who is looking for a medium intensity workout to support them in their active lifestyle. Remember, age is just a number – this class is great for all clients! Bring your own mat or use one from the clubhouse.

Our Professional Personal trainer guides you through a safe and effective workout plan while providing you with encouragement and support. To really accomplish your fitness and health goals, both long and short term, your trainer will work with you to set them and help you reach them.
